SPIRITUAL

đź“šVibrate Higher Daily by Lalah Delia

In this book, Lalah shows us what can happen when we focus on ourselves, take consistent intentional action to raise our vibrational awareness, surround ourselves with supportive people and environments, and do the work to take care of body, mind and spirit. Lalah teaches us that when we connect to a Higher Power in our own sacred way, we strengthen our health and well-being, step into our own power, are better able to serve others, our community, and the world, and create real, sustainable change. She uses beautiful metaphors to explain the natural cycles of life that we all inevitably encounter and how to navigate through them. Lalah reminds us that it is through darkness that we transform and find our light. This book is for everyone, and especially spiritual creatives that feel called to soul work that empowers others and helps them transform their lives.

đź“šI Am Diosa by Christine Gutierrez

Chrinstine Gutierrez heart-led book was a healing experience more than anything. Deeply rooted in her own journey, Gutierrez shows us that no matter what you’ve been through, no matter what child wounds you have, you have everything you need within you. You are strong, empowered, held, loved, seen and heard and you can work past trauma, heartache, life’s difficulties and your own limitations by believing in your own power and doing the soul work. At the end of each chapter, Gutierrez provides you with inquisitive journal prompts to go deeper as well as an action to take, or as she lovingly calls “ceremony”. A beautifully written book for anyone on a soul journey back to themselves.

MONEY MINDSET

đź“šSecrets of the Millionaire Mind by T. Harv Eker

I highly recommended this money mindset book for anyone who wishes to upgrade their success and money blueprint, overcome limiting beliefs around money, and become wealthy. What I love most about this book is that Eker supplies you with pragmatic action steps to take right away that can make a massive impact on how you think, how you act and ultimately the paycheck you bring in as a result. Packed with wealth principles, journal prompts, and affirmations, this is a book you can come back to time and again for the valuable nuggets of information (yes, my book is highlighted and underlined and written in all over). One of my favorite takeaways from this book is Eker’s money management system which I put into place and I can tell you from just taking this step I feel financially empowered.

WOMEN’S EMPOWERMENT

đź“šMoment of Lift by Melinda Gates

In Melinda Gate’s moving book on gender equity, she shares powerful stories of strong women who have persevered through some of life’s most arduous hardships by being lifted up and supported. Gate’s mission to empower women goes well beyond her philanthropic work, as she urges the world to listen to women, include women, and invest in women. In her own words, “progress depends on inclusion and inclusion begins with women.”

PRODUCTIVITY

đź“šThe Slight Edge by Jeff Olson

The slight edge is what Olson calls “mastering the mundane”. Rather than looking for results right now, the secret lies in incremental progress. In other words, doing small and simple things every single day (consistency is key), that over time add up to success. Whether that be in your business, your health, your finances, your relationships, the slight edge lies in the seemingly insignificant choices we make every second of the day -- to read 10 pages of the right kind of book (one that is going to teach you something) vs watching TV, to exercise for 30 minutes or not, to choose the salad or the burger and fries, to save money or spend it. In our fix-it-now, instant gratification society, we expect to get a “big break” or become an overnight success, but the reality is that behind every seemingly overnight success story is someone who used the slight edge to reach the top. Simply put, it is the power of daily actions compounded over time that create good health or bad health, success or failure, thriving marriage or broken marriage.

đź“šThe War of Art by Steven Pressfield

In The War of Art, Pressfield wakes you up in an honest and almost poetic way. This book was a real kick in the ass and I loved every page of it! A great read for creatives of any type, whether you’re a writer, artist, course creator, entrepreneur...basically if you do work of any kind this book will open your eyes to the ways we resist doing the work. And more importantly, motivate you to break up with your self-sabotaging ways and commit to your higher self by doing the work. This book has truly inspired me to show up for myself, ignore distractions, and press forward every single day.
